I pack and ship all of my items with great care to ensure their safe arrival. Most of my pieces are ready to ship and will leave within 3 days.

All Canadian orders are sent through Canada Post within 3 business days of cleared payment, and usually ship within a week in Canada.

Within Canada: Canada Post stated delivery times are 2-7 business days.

International:

Please contact me for international shipping rates. I pack and ship all of my items with great care to ensure their safe arrival.Most of my pieces are ready to ship and will leave within 3 days. All US orders are sent through Canada Post within 3 business days of cleared payment, and usually ship within 3 weeks to the US.

International Canada Post: Delivery time of 7-20 business days.

Tracking: Please note I ship by air but there is no tracking number available. If you would like your item shipped with a tracking number please contact me and I will adjust your shipping charge.

Shipping Alternatives: If you would like Xpress Post, Fedex, or any other mailing service please let me know and I will adjust your shipping charge. Please contact me: brookdrabot [!at] gmail.com for rates.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will refund or exchange within 30 days after I have received your returned item.

I don't accept order cancellations.

I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
